If you tuned into the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards to see Kanye West perform, you likely missed quite a bit of the show. It was originally believed that he would be singing "Black Skinhead," but he surprised the audience with another song, "Blood on the Leaves."

The majority of the song saw just his silhouette in front of a backdrop of leaves, which looked nice enough. There was also all kinds of autotune on his voice, but that's not unusual for Kanye.

The real surprise came at the end of the song, when most of the audio was dropped out for language. That's what happens when you let the F-words and N-words fly with little regard for the cameras capturing your every move and broadcasting them to the world.

The audience, who was able to hear the song, absolutely loved it. So it seems Yeezy can still get the crowd to eat out of the palm of his hands.
