The actress writes, "Dear friends, I officially announce I got a part in J. Bond new film!!! Turkey here I come! Thank u all for your love and support! This is officially the happiest day of my life bitches!!!!"

Sotiropoulou is a relative newcomer to the acting world. She is said to be appearing at the beginning of the film. The scenes are set in Istanbul. She'll be shooting for five days on-location starting on April 22. Originally, she had auditioned for the major role of Sévérine in August , but lost out to French actress Berenice Marlohe. The producers said they could find another role for her, so she was resubmitted.
