Nicole Kidman drops out of Woody Allen's latest

Kidman has dropped out of Woody Allen's latest (and as-yet untitled) comedy, according to Variety.

Already on board -- or rather, still on board -- are Anthony Hopkins, Josh Brolin, Antonio Banderas, Naomi Watts and "Slumdog Millionaire's" Freida Pinto.

Filming begins this summer in London.

Allen, meanwhile, has been caught up in dueling lawsuits with clothier American Apparel, who used an image of Allen from "Annie Hall" in some of its advertising. His "Whatever Works" hits theaters in June.
