Drew Barrymore received a meaningful award on Sunday (Nov. 10), and one of the stars on hand to help honor her was Nicole Richie.

Richie, who recently debuted her new AOL web series, "#CandidlyNicole," was one of the Baby2Baby board members honoring Barrymore for her involvement with the nonprofit that provides the essential needs for many underprivileged children. "I work really closely with [Baby2Baby] because I wish that there were organizations like Baby2Baby for so many more areas in life," Barrymore tells THR. "I think good people are inherent givers and so to have a place where you can give so much and it's so local and so well organized and so perfect for mothers to share for mothers ... I think this is the perfect organization for moms."

Barrymore is pregnant with her second child, and said that although her daughter Olive is only 14 months, she's aware that a new sibling is on the way. "She definitely gets it," Barrymore says. "She points to my stomach and goes 'baby.' How cool is that?"
