Olympics 2010: Meet Shaun White, snowboarding

shaun-white-olympics-320.jpgThe Winter Olympics in Vancouver will introduce us to some new faces as well as reunite us with some favorites.

Shaun White is already a well known snowboarder with several titles under his belt as well as a 2006 Olympic gold for the men's halfpipe.

He gets plenty of attention for his big hair, but also for his big air, reaching massive heights and executing tricks no one else has. Most recently, he won the gold at the Winter X games, but not before he crashed during a practice run, slamming his face onto the halfpipe. Check out the video.

See what Shaun has to say for himself.

The Olympics will start on NBC on Friday, Feb. 12. The first day of snowboarding during the games will be Monday, Feb. 15.
