'Once Upon a Time' casting Glinda the Good Witch: Who should play her?

wicked-witch-rebecca-mader-once-upon-a-time.jpg"Once Upon a Time" is returning for the back half of Season 3 on Sunday, March 9, and with it comes the introduction of a delicious new villain in the form of L. Frank Baum's classic character the Wicked Witch of the West, played by "Lost" alum Rebecca Mader.

TV Line is now reporting that "OUAT" is also looking to cast the Wicked Witch's nemesis, Glinda, the Good Witch of the North. Funnily enough, Zap2it just suggested Elizabeth Mitchell in our "which other 'Losties' should find their way to Storybrooke" post.

We know, we know -- Mitchell is on NBC's "Revolution." Guess it's back to the drawing board.

The casting notice describes "OUAT's" Glinda as elegant, warm and benevolent, as well as wise, clever and shrewd, but years of isolation have left her lonely and cautious -- though her heart is still filled with optimism.

It also says the actress should be in her mid- to late-20s, which is interesting. Mader is almost 37 and in most depictions, the witches are roughly the same age. Perhaps Glinda is going to be used in flashbacks to the land of Oz, rather than in Fairytale Land (assuming that's where the Wicked Witch will be, since Storybrooke is, well, gone).

Who do you think would make a good Glinda, "Once Upon a Time" fans?
