'Parenthood' Season 5 adds David Denman and Josh Stamberg

parenthood-season-5-david-denman-josh-stamberg.jpg"Parenthood" just keeps racking up the great guest stars for its upcoming fifth season. In addition to "Lost" alum Sonya Walger guest-starring, E! Online reports that David Denman (Pam's ex on "The Office") will have an arc as Ed, a stay-at-home dad who meets Julia when they volunteer together at their children's school.

Walger is playing an architect whom Joel meets in the course of his construction job, so does this spell trouble for Joel and Julia? You'll have to tune in to find out!

In other casting news, "Drop Dead Diva's" Josh Stamberg is coming to "Parenthood" as "a charming and fun new addition in Sarah's building," reports The Wrap. That should be fun, especially since Sarah's former boyfriend Hank (Ray Romano) is returning in Season 5.

Matt Lauria is also reprising his role as Ryan, boyfriend to Sarah's daughter Amber.

"Parenthood" returns for its 22-episode fifth season on Thursday, Sept. 26 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on NBC. Check out all the fall premiere dates in our handy calendar.
