President Barack Obama live stream press conference to address shutdown

President Barack Obama is scheduled to answer questions about the government shutdown. Watch a live stream of the event, which can be viewed above.

During the conversation, Obama says that the government shutdown causes a risk of a "very deep recession." He says that the debt default would be "dramatically worse" than the actual government shutdown.
