The second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing has been apprehended. Nineteen-year-old Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev was taken into police custody after a stand-off in Watertown, Mass. Friday evening (April 19).
Tsarnaev was taken to an area hospital to be treated for the wounds he received in Thursday night's shootout that left his brother, Tamerlan, dead and Dzhokhar on the lam. An MIT police officer was also killed in the shootout and another officer was seriously injured. It is believed that the two brothers were behind the bombing at the Boston Marathon that killed three and left dozens injured.
