The Duke of Edinburgh was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, but the officials have not released any additional details about his condition. He was previously hospitalized this summer back in June for five days for a bladder infection that resulted in his missing the Queen's Diamond Jubilee concert, which featured the likes of Tom Jones and Sir Paul McCartney.

Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth are gearing up to celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary this coming November. They met in 1939 when the Queen was just 13 years old (and reportedly smitten with Philip), then were married eight years later in 1947. They have four children -- Prince Charles, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward -- and eight grandchildren.
