Radiohead announces 10 U.S. tour dates; more likely to follow

radiohead-gi.jpgFor the first time in four years, British band Radiohead has announced plans to tour the U.S. The first of 10 concerts will kick off on Feb. 27 in Miami, before swinging through cities including Atlanta, Houston and Dallas.

The dates may just be the first leg of a longer tour in support of their "King of Limbs" album. On the band's blog, there were hints that more announcements were yet to come: "We are happy to announce the first part of some live shows we will be doing next year, more to follow."

The band has, reports MTV, played several one-off shows in the U.S. in recent years, including two surprise shows at New York's Roseland Ballroom in September. But this will mark the band's first extended visit to the U.S. since 2008.

Here are the dates that were announced on Saturday (Nov. 12):

February 27 - Miami, FL @ American Airlines Arena
February 29 - Tampa, FL @ The St. Pete Times Forum
March 1 - Atlanta, GA @ Philips Arena
March 3 - Houston, TX @ Toyota Center
