Was there some kind of huge executive meeting at the Bravo offices today? Did Andy Cohen finally get around to emptying his in-box? What is going on with all the official announcements today?
First, the Beverly Hills housewives are officially announced, Bethenny Frankel goes running through the streets screaming she's free from "The Real Housewives of New York City," and now this.
THR reports that Bravo has renewed "The Real Housewives of New York" for a fourth season and "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" for its third.
The announcement comes on the heels of Monday's (August 31) ratings on Part 1 of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" reunion, which roped in 3.9 million viewers -- all hoping to catch a glimpse of Cohen getting manhandled by Teresa Giudice. That makes it the highest rated episode in "Real Housewives" franchise history.
Cha ching! Welcome back NYC and Jersey! Andy, you lush.
