Reese Witherspoon dash cam arrest video: 'You're harassing me' - Watch now

After pleading no contest to physical obstruction, following her April 19 arrest, the dash cam video from Reese Witherspoon's run-in with the police has found its way online. The video shows Reese's husband, James Toth, in handcuffs when Reese walks over.

She asks what's going on, and the officer reminds her that she was told to stay in the car. Witherspoon replies, "I'm a U.S. citizen and I'm allowed to stand on American ground and ask any question I want to ask." At that point, the cop places her under arrest. "You'd better not arrest me, are you kidding me?" Reese asks, adding, "This is beyond! This is beyond!" She also accuses, "This is harassment, you are harassing me as an American citizen."

It's then that Toth speaks up, telling her to relax. From there, Reese asks the officer if he knows her name, as has been reported, and adds, "You're about to find out who I am." Once Witherspoon is placed in the squad car, the cop returns to Toth, who immediately apologizes, saying "I had nothing to do with that."

Witherspoon said in a "Good Morning America" interview that she was embarrassed by the entire situation and admits her behavior was completely unacceptable.
