"Twilight" star Robert Pattinson has lined up his next movie, and he's going to be on screen with James Dean. Well, sort of. Pattinson will star with Dane DeHaan in "Life," which tells the story of the friendship between Dean and Life magazine photographer Dennis Stock. DeHaan will play Dean, while Pattinson will portray Stock, according to THR.

The movie follows Stock and Dean through their friendship, which began as a simple assignment for the photographer to take pictures of the actor. It led them on a journey around the country, from Los Angeles to New York to Indiana.

The script is written by Luke Davies and will be directed by Anton Corbijn. It's looking to film in early 2014. DeHaan will next be seen in "Metallica Through the Never." You may have noticed Pattinson selling Dior Homme recently. He's also got a couple smaller movies in the works, including "The Rover" with Guy Pearce.
