'Romnesia': Barack Obama diagnoses Mitt Romney, Joe Biden gives second opinion

barack-obama-virginia-gi.jpgPaging Dr. Obama ... Mitt Romney is suffering from a "bad disease," according to Joe Biden and Barack Obama. Speaking at separate presidential campaign rallies, Obama first provided his diagnosis, then Biden warned of its contagious nature.

Coming dangerously close to sounding like a Jeff Foxworthy monologue, Obama lists the symptoms of the condition he says causes his opponent, Romney, to suffer forgetfulness about his positions. "If you say you're for equal pay for equal work, but you keep refusing to say whether or not you will sign a bill that protects equal pay for equal work, you might have Romnesia," says Obama.

"If you say women should have access to contraceptive care," the president continues, "but you support legislation that would let employers deny contraceptive care, you might have a case of Romnesia."

CNN notes Romney does not oppose contraception, but voiced "opposition to a provision included in Obama's health care law that required employers -- including Catholic colleges and hospitals -- to provide contraception coverage in their insurance plans."

Vice President Biden told supporters that "Romnesia" is contagious, citing an alleged loss of memory by Romney's running mate, Paul Ryan, with regard to a budget plan.
