The Chicago Tribune reports Florida's ballot access rules allow Roseanne to join Barack Obama, Mitt Romney, and nine others on the 2012 ballot.

Barr, representing the Peace and Freedom party, states on her web site she and running mate Cindy Sheehan are the "'Throw the Bums Out' ticket and the 'Ballot Access' ticket."

The controversial comedienne turned presidential candidate says, "I'm here to tell the voters: if you want to tell the government and the two domineering parties that you're sick and tired of all their evil, register in the Peace and Freedom Party and vote for me and Cindy."

Known for her outspoken ways, Roseanne -- who uses her Twitter as a political stump -- recently caused a stir by tweeting, "Romney is pro-rape."
