Royal Wedding update: TLC viewing party to be held in Times Square, Colbie Callait will perform 'I Do'

TLC was quick to jump into the Royal Wedding hoopla early, announcing a full week of programming centered around the April nuptials, as well as plans to broadcast the ceremony live. As if that wasn't enough, TLC now has announced a full on New York City blowout to honor the big day.

The network will take over Times Square on April 29, with "Say Yes to the Dress'" Monte Durham hosting the live wedding broadcast as well as a pre-show. Colbie Callait will perform her latest single, "I Do," with everything being broadcast on two large digital billboards, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

"What Not to Wear's" Clinton Kelly and "Say Yes to the Dress'" Randy  Fenoli will broadcast live from London.

Would you ring in the Royal wedding in Times Square? Or would you rather sit on your couch and drink wine in your pajamas? It's one thing to hit up the big apple for the New Year's ball drop, but in this case we're definitely going with the latter option.
