In the midst of all the Bat-fleck drama, everyone seems to be forgetting about Ben Affleck's upcoming turn as a terrifying villain in the gambling thriller "Runner Runner." Let us refresh your memory.

Written by "Rounders" writers Brian Koppelman and David Levien, the thriller stars Affleck and Justin Timberlake, and is based on the true story of the cat-and-mouse game between Princeton grad student Richie (Timberlake) and gambling con man Ivan Block (Affeck). Richie heads to Costa Rica to confront Block about his losses in online poker when he suspects he was cheated, but instead he gets taken under the corrupt Block's wing. Unfortunately, Block only took him in to frame him for all of Block's crimes. Richie soon gets way in over his head with the FBI and the harsh underground world of gambling.

The first trailer for "Runner Runner" already debuted back in June with much more exposition, but the new trailer that just hit the web is much more action-packed. Watch the new trailer -- set to "Tipsy" of all songs -- below:

"Runner Runner" hits theaters Oct. 4.
