Sean Kingston jet ski accident details: 'Convulsing and throwing up blood'

sean-kingston-getty.jpgNow that Sean Kingston has been moved out of the trauma ward and into the ICU at the Miami hospital where he was taken after crashing his jet ski into a bridge, more details are beginning to emerge about the terrifying incident. TMZ spoke to a member of the Coast Guard who arrived on the scene after being flagged down by two fellow jetskiers who found Kingston after his accident.

The man, Jonathan Rivera, says he was out on his boat when the jetskiers waved him over. They were trying to hold Kingston's head above water, but struggling because of his size. Kingston's life vest had come off. Kingston's female passenger complained of head pain, but her life vest was on.

Rivera jumped into the water and noticed that Kingston was vomiting blood. While he didn't notice any obvious head trauma, Rivera says Kingston was "convulsing and throwing up blood all over me." He held Kingston above water by holding onto the jet ski until a police boat arrived 15 minutes later.

Kingston was awake, and when Rivera told him he was going to be okay, Kingston repeated back to him, "I'm going to be okay."
