The 6-1, 5-7, 6-2 victory gave Williams her fifth Wimbledon championship and 14th grand slam title. At 30, she's also the oldest woman to win a major tournament since Martina Navratilova won Wimbledon in 1990 at age 33.

Later on Saturday she's scheduled to join her sister, Venus, in the finals of the women's doubles competition.

Williams dominated the first set in the singles final, winning it in just 36 minutes. Radwanska fought back to claim the second set and was up a break early in the third, but Williams won the final five games before collapsing on Centre Court in celebration.

The Wimbledon men's final on Sunday will pit six-time champion Roger Federer against Andy Murray, the first British man to make the final in more than 70 years.
