Simon Cowell's mansion-crasher pleads guilty to breaking his window
The woman, Leanne Zaloumis, admitted in court that she smashed a window at Cowell's London mansion with a brick in March. She pleaded not guilty to two other charges, including a burglary count.
The judge ordered Zaloumis, 30, not to contact Cowell and to stay at least 300 yards away from his home, the AP reports. Zaloumis was arrested March 24 after Cowell called police to say he heard a loud bang coming from his bathroom. She was found inside a wardrobe in the bathroom.
Zaloumis was also ordered to stay inside her own home from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. and to wear a monitoring bracelet. She had served three months in jail prior to Friday's court appearance and wasn't given any additional time.
Cowell's spokesman, Max Clifford, tells the AP that Cowell is "glad that the judge was understanding and sympathetic, and hopes that [Zaloumis] gets some help and support."
