'Sleepy Hollow' premiere: Will you keep watching Ichabod Crane and the Headless Horseman?

sleepy-hollow-premiere-FOX.jpg"Sleepy Hollow" premiered Monday night (Sept. 16) on FOX, a sort-of modern imagining of Ichabod Crane and the Headless Horseman, except that Ichabod is not a modern man -- he's the original Ichabod from the Revolutionary War who finds himself in present-day Sleepy Hollow.

It's a weird little burg that has a unsolved murder problem, with deputy Abbie Mills seemingly on her way out for bigger and brighter things in Quantico. But she ends up staying after the Sheriff is beheaded by the Headless Horseman (whom Ichabod decapitated way back when) and Mills becomes the new sheriff.

Mills actually kind of believes Ichabod's wild tale, but mostly because she saw the Headless Horseman riding away. She's going to help him investigate what's happening -- especially since a reverend from way back when is a reverend in the present day and the Horseman kills him with one swing of his axe.

Also because Mills saw something unusual before now -- she and her sister Jenny saw four white trees in the forest accompanied by a voice, then they blacked out. Nobody believed them and Jenny was institutionalized.

Will you be tuning in for more of Ichabod and Sheriff Mills' adventures on "Sleepy Hollow"?
