'Survivor: Nicaragua's' Ben Henry wants 'to do 'Survivor' again more than anything'

ben-henry-holly-survivor.jpgIn the first real blindside of the season, Ben "Benry" Henry was voted off "Survivor: Nicaragua." In his exit interview, Benry talks to Zap2it about his completely shock at Tribal Council and what he thinks about the quitters.

Are you glad you went on "Survivor"? Was it everything you hoped it would be?

"I am so happy I went on 'Survivor.' I would do it again in two seconds. It was above and beyond anything I expected or imagined. It was a priceless experience that was pretty surreal."

Did you have any inkling you were the one headed home at the last Tribal Council?

"No, I was completely blindsided. I had no idea I was going home when I walked into Tribal that night. It was a shocker for sure, I think you could see from my facial expressions. I just didn't think I was going home."

Once Kelly and NaOnka quit, was Sash really as pivotal as the editing would have us think?

"He was definitely the guy that had the swing vote. He really regained control of the game after those two girls quit."

Speaking of those two girls, how did you feel about Kelly and NaOnka quitting?

"Obviously I was pretty upset they would quit. Winners never quit, quitters never win. It was not a decidion I would ever make. If I was in their shoes, I would be kicking myself. It would haunt me for a long time. It's unfortunate that they had this amazing opportunity and only had 11 days left and decided to walk out. It showed a lot about their character and who they are as people and it's kind of a low blow to all of us."

Who were you rooting for to go all the way once you were voted off?

"I didn't know then how much Chase didn't trust me the whole game, but he was my boy from the beginning. He still is, you know, it's a game. Fabio is sort of on the outs now after last night's Tribal Council and so is Dan, and I was aligned with them and pretty close with them, so I'd like to see one of them do well, maybe win individual Immunity and try and keep themselves alive for one more tribal."

I had some commenters want to know about your dating status ...

"My job is to appear single out there. But there is somebody that I have been seeing for the past few months. But ya know, we'll see ... [laughs]

One commenter also said she thinks you should come back for All-Stars, get another shot at it.

"Pass that word around, let's get it going! I want to do 'Survivor' again more than anything. 100% I would go back. I would love to go compete again. I'm a competitor, I thrive on winning. It was so much fun. I had a blast, absolutely I would do it again."

Any final thoughts?

"It was one hell of an opportunity and I really had no idea what I was getting myself into. There's been nothing but great support from all around the world, it's been a trip. I'm really glad that I did it and I want to thank everybody for the support."
