It's been a long time since the original "Teen Mom" stars first gained notoriety on "16 and Pregnant," and a lot has changed in their lives. MTV caught up with Farrah Abraham, Catelynn Lowell and Amber Portwood in three hour-long reunion specials on Sunday (Feb. 23) to see what they've been up in the past few years.

"Being Farrah"

Abraham's priority during her special was to clear up any lingering doubt about her "porn star past." She denied any allegations that she was a porn star, claiming that her sex tape was just that -- a sex tape. When it comes to her daughter Sophia, Abraham says that she isn't going to hide anything from her.

"I don't know if Sophia will understand my choices," Abraham says. "But I hope that one day she'll understand I did everything to support us and our family. I think I'm a good role model for Sophia because I've been through a lot of things that I can protect her from."

The "Teen Mom" star certainly doesn't hide any of her cosmetic procedures from her daughter. She explained to Sophia what tanning is and why she goes to her aesthetician. "Being Farrah" followed Abraham into her tanning bed and into the doctor's office while she got fillers injected into her face for "preventative work." Sophia told her mom that she looked "evil" while she was getting ready to go out with friends. Oops?

In the end, Abraham accepted that she's made some questionable decisions in her life. "I feel like I've accomplished so much but I've made many mistakes," Abraham says. "When the time is right, I know Sophia will make better choices than I have."

"Being Catelynn"

Throughout her reunion special, Lowell and her fiance Tyler Baltierra struggled with whether or not they would actually get married. They went to "Couples Therapy" and have been working on their relationship, but Baltierra says he's "terrified" of being married.

They also struggle with how they aren't allowed to post any photos of their daughter Carly on social media based on the adoption contracts they signed. But after Lowell and Baltierra read a letter that Carly's parents sent them, and they talk to Carly on the phone, they decide they have a better situation than most parents who give up their kids for adoption since they still get to be in their daughter's life.

After discussing their romantic future, Baltierra asks Lowell to go on a walk with him. He then asks for her ring back, making it seem like they were breaking up, but then he gets down on one knee and proposes again. "We have a very untypical love story," Baltierra says, and Lowell accepts.

Earlier that week, Lowell had been feeling ill, so she bought a pregnancy test with her mother -- and MTV actually showed her peeing on the stick. Guess TMI doesn't really apply to these "Teen Mom" stars, huh? In the end, the test was negative, and Lowell and Baltierra were optimistic about their future.

"Being Amber"

After serving 17 months of a five-year jail sentence, Portwood was released early due to a rehab program for inmates. She also left prison with her GED, and was happy to reunite with her family after her release. She was less than thrilled about being grilled by the paparazzi immediately, especially when they asked her about how many times she saw her daughter while in jail.

When talking with her family about her time in jail, Portwood was honest about how she struggled. "It's been a year and a half of hell," Portwood says. "It was really bad. But I worked on myself and worked to make myself better."

Portwood reunited with her daughter Leah after only seeing her three times in the past year and a half. "I'm nervous," Portwood says. "She's afraid I'm going to leave her again. I just f***ing hate everything I did."

The thing Portwood struggled with the most was staying sober now that she's out of jail and knows where she can get drugs. But her family supports her and offer to go with her to NA meetings if she ever needs to go.
