"The Blacklist," NBC's new drama starring James Spader as a master criminal helping the FBI, is getting some impressive guest stars in the first season. Isabella Rossellini, Robert Knepper and Jane Alexander are all set to appear in early episodes as adversaries for Spader's Red Reddington.

Although there is no word yet on a specific episode, film legend Isabella Rossellini will appear early in the season as Floriana Campo. According to TheWrap.com, Floriana is an activist trying to end human and sex trafficking. When she becomes the target of an assassin called The Freelancer, Red and the FBI get involved. This will be particularly tough since The Freelancer disguises his killings as random accidents.

Jane Alexander ( "The Good Wife") will also appear in that same episode as a Department of Justice official named Diane Fowler.

As for Robert Knepper ( "Prison Break," "Cult"), the actor will appear in episode 5 as Red's criminal target (according to TVLine). The character's exact crimes are not known, but they have to be pretty bad to attract Red's attention.

"The Blacklist" premieres Monday, Sept. 23 at 10 p.m. on NBC.
