Our faith in Christopher Nolan is the only thing from keeping our eyes rolling into the back of our heads as we type this, but the Pittsburgh Steelers will make a cameo in the upcoming final installment of the director's Batman trilogy, "The Dark Knight Rises."

During the current Pittsburgh shoot of "Rises," once scene will take place at the city's Heinz Field stadium. Details are obviously thin on account of the film's well-maintained secrecy, but a game featuring the Gotham's fictional football team plays some part in the story.

"I'm kind of getting everybody together," Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger tells the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. "I heard it's going to be a neat thing at the stadium. I don't think it will be a big part, it's not like we're chasing Batman down or anything."

We don't think so either...

Another player reportedly joining the recently-married Roethlisberger on the field is reigning "Dancing With the Stars" champ Hines Ward. And the Huffington Post also points out that "Rises" executive producer Thomas Tull is also one of the team's owners.

Earlier in the week, Warner Bros. gave us one of the most exciting glimpses at the film to date in a promotional still of Anne Hathaway as Catwoman Selina Kyle.
