'The Hunger Games': Pre-sale tickets start Feb. 22, mall tour starts March 3

Ladies and gentlemen, it is officially "Hunger Games" season.

Starting tomorrow, Feb. 22, exactly 30 days before the movie makes its way into theaters on March 23, sites like Fandango.com, Moviefone.com and MovieTickets.com will begin selling advance tickets. Since "Twilight" tickets tend to sell ultra-fast, we're betting tix for this YA book-to-movie adaptation go quicker than an unprepared tribute at the cornucopia. (Heyo!)

If seeing Katniss, Peeta, Gale and the rest of the crew on a giant IMAX screen isn't good enough, you'll be able to meet some of the cast members in person at special mall appearances across the country.

Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson will join director Gary Ross kick off the tour at the Westfield Century City in Los Angeles on March 3. The events will feature Q&As and giveaways.
