'The Voice': Kelly Clarkson, Miranda Lambert and more to guest-mentor

Kelly Clarkson.jpgNBC's singing competition "The Voice" is back and there are a slew of new star performers that will be guest-mentoring on the show this season. Miranda Lambert, Lionel Richie, Kelly Clarkson, Jewel, Alanis Morissette, Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds, Robin Thicke and Ne-Yo will lend their professional experience to the competitors.

The show will return following Super Bowl XLVI on Feb. 5. The season will begin in its regular time slot on Monday, Feb. 6 from 8 to 10 p.m. Thicke and Morissette will help out the members of Adam Levine's team. Clarkson and Lambert are working with Blake Shelton's team. Edmonds and Ne-Yo are grabbing Cee Lo Green's choices, and Christina Aguilera's team will have Jewel and Richie.

"These renowned musicians will bring their unique and recognizable musical styles to the teams. They are well-respected singers whose invaluable experience will be a tremendous asset to Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton's artists," Paul Telegdy, NBC's president, late night and alternative programming stated.
