'The Voice' results: The Top 8 is revealed - Who went home?

the-voice-top-8-nbc.jpgAs another week of "The Voice" comes to a close on Tuesday (Nov. 19), it's time to say goodbye to two artists from Season 5's Top 10 as the Top 8 is revealed. With the newfangled Instant Save back in play tonight, it was a nerve-wracking night. So, who went home?

As the Top 10 took the stage at the top of the hour, host Carson Daly revealed that the first two artists safe and moving on to next week would be Team Adam's James Wolpert and Team Christina's Matthew Schuler, followed by Team Blake's Ray Boudreaux and Team Adam's Will Champlin.

With half of the Top 8 revealed, the next two safe were Team Adam's Tessanne Chin and Team Christina's Jacquie Lee, meaning that both coaches could breathe easy for the rest of the night. CeeLo, however, looked as if he was going to have a heart attack.

The last artist announced safe was Team Blake's Cole Vosbury, leaving Team CeeLo's Caroline Pennell and Kat Robichaud and Team Blake's Austin Jenckes to sweat it out as America tweeted as fast as they possibly could. In the end, sweetheart Caroline earned the save, ending Kat and Austin's run.

Did the right artists get the boot? Did Caroline deserve the save? Sound off in the comments below.
