Trisha Yearwood's weight loss on display at ACMs; singer says, 'Real people battle their weight'
"Real people battle their weight. We all struggle between eating healthy and falling off the wagon. That's how I live," says Yearwood. "I've been dieting and exercising and I've lost about 20 pounds. I'm doing very little sugar. [But] occasionally I have the mac and cheese."
Yearwood's spokesperson also tells E! News, "Trisha has always been a successful, shapely bombshell. Recently she has taken her fitness routine to a new level. One of the ways she has done that is by mixing it up and making exercising fun."
Whatever she's been doing, she looks great -- trim and healthy.
