The Time Warner blackout of CBS didn't affect the network's ratings much over the past month, and the return of the Eye to the affected markets Monday night didn't change things much either. CBS led the night, and "Under the Dome" was up slightly in the 18-49 demographic, but its overall ratings were pretty much in line with last week.

Elsewhere Monday, a two-hour "American Ninja Warrior" hit a season high in adults 18-49 for NBC. "Mistresses" had its best ratings since its premiere for ABC.

CBS drew 6.8 million viewers and a 4.2 rating/7 share in households for the night. NBC (4.3 million, 2.4/4) edged ABC (4.2 million, 2.8/5) for second place. FOX was off the pace with 1.8 million viewers and a 1.1/2. The CW (556,000, 0.4/1) trailed.

CBS also led the 18-49 demo with a 1.6 rating. NBC took second with a 1.4, followed by ABC at 1.1. FOX averaged 0.7 and The CW 0.2.
