TV Ratings: CBS shows who's 'Boss' Sunday

Who's the Boss? That would be CBS on Sunday night with its reality programming, including the hit "Undercover Boss," which featured Herschend Family Entertainment CEO Joel Manby. The network no doubt enjoyed a bit of carryover from the basketball tournament.

CBS averaged 14.47 million viewers for the night and an 8.6 rating/14 share, far ahead of second-place finisher NBC's 6.2 million and 3.9/6. ABC came in third with 5.8 million and a 3.6/6, and FOX finished up with 4.6 million and a 2.6/4 for the night.

CBS also nabbed the adults 18-49 demo title with a 4.0 rating. Next was FOX, 2.2, NBC, 2.1, and ABC, 1.5.
