"Criminal Minds" and the rest of CBS' lineup scored a pretty big ratings win Wednesday night -- due in part to the fact that ABC's comedy lineup was down some from recent airings. Night two of "The Sing-Off," meanwhile, continued to perform pretty well for NBC.

CBS averaged 12.3 million viewers and a 7.4 rating/12 share in households for the night, beating second-place NBC (7.1 million, 4.4/7) by more than 5 million viewers. ABC (6.95 million, 4.3/7) came in third. FOX snagged 5.5 million viewers and a 3.3/5, while The CW brought up the rear with 1.65 million viewers and a 1.1/2.

The race among adults 18-49 was closer, but CBS still came out on top with a 3.0 rating. ABC and NBC tied for second at 2.4. FOX earned a 1.9 in the demographic and The CW a 0.6.
