Wednesday was mostly an off night for the broadcast networks, with a couple of exceptions. "Criminal Minds" and "CSI" were both up for CBS, and "Nashville" rose a little bit on ABC.

Elsewhere, the news wasn't so good. "Modern Family" had its lowest 18-49 rating of the season, although it was still the night's top show in the demographic. "The X Factor" was off slightly for FOX, and "Arrow" pointed down as well. "Revolution's" last episode of 2013 improved a bit in viewers but was flat in adults 18-49.

CBS delivered 11.1 million viewers and a 6.8 rating/11 share in households for the night. ABC (6.9 million, 4.4/7) finished a fairly distant second. FOX (5.5 million, 3.5/5) edged NBC (5.3 million, 3.5/6) for third. The CW trailed with 2.1 million viewers and a 1.3/2.

The 18-49 title also went to CBS, which drew a 2.4 rating in the demo. ABC took second with a 2.0. FOX came in third with a 1.6, followed by NBC, 1.3, and The CW, 0.8.
