"Scandal" rebounded some from last week's ratings dip to record its second-biggest audience ever. That was the good news for ABC Thursday. The bad news was that "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland" tumbled from last week's season premiere, losing more than a million viewers and half a point in the 18-49 demographic.

Also Thursday, the premiere of "Reign" drew decent numbers for The CW, and "The Vampire Diaries" was up a little from last week. CBS' freshman comedies "The Millers" and "The Crazy Ones" were up as well, and while NBC's lineup continued to struggle badly, it was at least up a tick from last week. FOX's baseball playoffs coverage was steady.

CBS scored 10.7 million viewers and a 6.7 rating/11 share in households to lead the night, beating out FOX's 8.4 million viewers and 5.4/9. ABC (7.5 million, 5.1/8) came in third. NBC (3.4 million, 2.3/4) finished a fairly distant fourth, and The CW brought up the rear with 2.4 million viewers and a 1.5/2.

CBS also led the adults 18-49 race with a 2.6 rating. ABC and FOX tied for second at 2.4. NBC posted a 1.2 and The CW a 1.0.
