'Two and a Half Men': Charlie Sheen's sentence won't interfere with filming

charlie-sheen-two-and-a-half-men.jpgJon Cryer can rest easy tonight. Charlie Sheen will be back on the "Two and a Half Men" set tomorrow, ready to rake in the money. Sheen entered a plea deal today (Aug. 2) during his sentencing for his Christmas 2009 domestic assault charge.

According to TMZ, Sheen was sentenced to serve 30 days... but not in jail. Sheen will serve out his sentence at the Promises Rehab facility in Malibu -- kind of. Since he spent a month at Promises earlier this year (only leaving the grounds to do his job on the "Two and a Half Men" set) and will be getting credit for time served, Sheen has actually already paid his debt to society.

Sheen is expected to check into the facility on August 23 and then check out immediately afterward. As part of the deal, Sheen plead guilty to misdemeanor assault, and the felony charge was dropped.

The highest paid actor on television is currently on his way back to L.A. from Colorado. After all, the show must go on.
