'Two and a Half Men': Jon Cryer trashes Charlie Sheen, praises Ashton Kutcher

jon-cryer-sag2012-getty.jpgIt's been a year since Charlie Sheen was sacked from "Two and a Half Men." But one of his former co-stars, Jon Cryer, isn't quite done with the matter yet as he took a few digs at Sheen at Sunday's (Jan. 29) SAG Awards.

While on the red carpet, E! News asks Cryer how things were without Sheen. To this he says, "It's a little less suspenseful being on the set nowadays. When you come into work, you're pretty sure [Ashton Kutcher's] going to be there. And nobody's pushed his car off a cliff or anything like that." He adds that he's not spoken with his former on-screen brother any time recently.

Cryer seems quite content with Kutcher as Sheen's replacement on the show. And with good reason. Ratings for "Two and a Half Men" are comparable to what they were during Sheen's last year on the show.

Cryer says Kutcher is "great. He's a clown. He is up for anything, willing to do anything."

These comments toward Sheen are slightly different than what Holland Taylor, who plays Evelyn Harper, recently told The Advocate. In the article she says, "I miss Charlie very much."
