Usher's son watched 'Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' in hospital after pool accident
It's been a roller coaster of a week for Usher's family, but it looks like things are finally slowing down.
"The Voice" judge's five-year-old son continued to recover in the hospital on Saturday (August 10) from his scary pool accident. His mother Tameka Foster, 42, posted a photo to Twitter showing two side-by-side shots of young Usher Raymond V awake and recuperating in a hospital bed.
"Woke up cheerful, happy and hungry. Watching Fresh Prince... What does he know about the Fresh Prince? Intense face. Lol," the caption read. The kid's got great taste if he's already into "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" at five years old.
The accident -- when Usher V got caught in a pool drain underwater while in the care of his aunt -- occurred on Monday (August 5), and on Friday (August 9), Usher's ex-wife Foster presented her case as to why she believes she should gain primary custody of her two sons with Usher, but a judge dismissed her request.
