It's Juan-uary when the new season of "The Bachelor" (8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC) begins. Will the twenty-odd women be looking for love or just looking for the hotness that is Juan Pablo Galavis this time around? Roses, awkward meetings and maybe a little cat-fighting are all expected in the season premiere.

"Teen Wolf" (10 p.m. ET/PT on MTV) returns for the second half of its Season 3 with "Anchors," and all is not well in Beacon Hills. With Stiles, Scott and Allison facing the aftermath of mystical near-death experiences and new monsters in town, the new episodes look to be darker than ever.

"Castle" (10 p.m. ET/PT on ABC) features the birth of Ryan's ( Seamus Dever) baby in "Under Fire" -- but will the detective live long enough to meet the child when an arson case proves deadly? Dever's real-life wife, Juliana Dever, guest-stars as Jenny Ryan.

Here's a look at two more shows that return Monday night:

"Almost Human" - "Simon Says" (8 p.m., FOX)

A serial killer uses the Web to broadcast his victims' final moments after strapping bombs to their necks -- and Kennex is in danger of being added to the list of fatalities. Meanwhile, Dorian's energy level is adversely affected by a power shortage.

"Hostages" - "Suspicious Minds" and "Endgame" (9 p.m. and 10 p.m., CBS)

Both of the final two episodes of "Hostages" Season 1 air back-to-back on Monday night. First, Duncan discovers Sandrine's betrayal and uses it to his advantage to save his wife and daughter. In the second hour, the First Lady confronts Ellen just as the surgeon is about to operate on the President. She forces Ellen to tell the truth about the assassination plot.
