Willferrell_290 The "Neighborhood Watch" is still looking for a few good conspiracy buffs.

Comedian Will Ferrell and director David Dobkin, who signed on to the project in May, have backed out, according to Variety. The sci-fi comedy was to have followed Ferrell's character, a newcomer who discovers the local neighborhood watch is involved in an alien cover-up.
