Zac Efron wears sobriety chip to Lakers game: He is 6 months sober
Big congrats go out to Zac Efron.
After news broke earlier in the year that he had been to rehab twice in 2013, the former "High School Musical" star has taken his sobriety seriously.
While attending a Los Angeles Lakers basketball game on Dec. 20, Efron let his AA sobriety chip show. The blue color symbolizes that the 26-year-old been sober for six months.
Efron went to rehab once in March 2013 and then again in April after a relapse, according to reports.
Before seeking help, it's believed he was using cocaine for two years and had begun using Molly.
Coming up next, Efron has two big movies on his plate. He's been heavily promoting the comedy "That Awkward Moment," which comes out on Jan. 31, and also is co-starring with Seth Rogen in "Neighbors," due out May 9.
