Todd Chrisley is a self-made millionaire who has a seemingly great life in Atlanta with wife Julie and their five children. Known as a “patriarch of perfection,” he runs the family with an iron fist — as he does with his business — and micromanages every move made by every member of the family — going so far as to decide the hem length of his daughter’s “sweet 16” dress. Although it may seem from the outside that the Chrisleys have a fairy-tale life, the family deals with the same issues and drama that many families do. Matriarch Julie, the daughter of a Baptist minister and a former Miss Carolina, is Todd’s business partner and best friend. Their children include eldest daughter Lindsie, who butts heads with dad on a daily basis; eldest son Kyle, who was shipped to Samoa by his parents after he was caught with a married woman; and teenage pageant queen Savannah, who dreams of becoming Miss Georgia.
